Paradox Systems Corporation (Ohio S-Corporation, EIN 33-4732941) and its affiliated platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of the Paradox Systems General Partnership. All 23 assets comprising the Paradox Systems IP Portfolio — developed solely by Joshua Graham from February 14, 2024 through May 2026 — remain protected under active trade secret, copyright, and patent-pending status.

Pursuant to Article 6.3 of the Paradox Systems General Partnership Agreement dated June 5, 2026, no partner may license, sell, transfer, assign, or encumber any IP Portfolio asset without the prior written consent of the other Partner. Any purported unilateral action with respect to these assets is void ab initio.

Pursuant to Article 4.1 of the IP Joint Ownership Agreement dated June 5, 2026, no partner may license, sublicense, grant rights to, or otherwise authorize any third party to use any IP Portfolio asset without the prior express written consent of the other Partner.

Any unauthorized access to, modification of, or interference with this domain, its associated platforms, server infrastructure, codebase, or data constitutes a violation of the above agreements and may constitute criminal interference with business operations under applicable Ohio law.
